All Prices except otherwise specified include 1 color imprint on 1 location. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavily covered silkscreen printing.

Standard Charges
Setup: $54.00(U) each screen
Reset up: $33.34(R) each screen. We only keep screens for co-op programs. However, we will change only re-setups if repeat orders are received with 6 months.
PMS Matching: $20.00(R) each color

Tape Charge: Up to 5,000 stitches: $70.00, add $10.00 for each additional 1,000 stitches.
Setup Charge: When tape is provided by the buyers, there is no tape charge, however a setup charge of $25.00 will apply.

Debossing/Embossing top

Setup Charge: Depending on size of debossing, Add US $140.00 (U) for size up to 8 square inches, For example, 2" x 4" or close to 3" x 3".
For each additional square inch add US $25.00 (U).

Heat Transfer top
Four-color process orders can be done via heat transfer on most items.

All heat transfer jobs include the following additional charges to add to each column listed price:

Sample Orders top
Please request your sample via fax or email only. All samples are charged at end column price and, if possible, will ship the day the request is made. If a recipient's or third party shipper account is provided for the freight charge and the total invoice amount is less than US $5.00 (net) the invoice will be waived. Catalogs may also be added to sample requests at no charge.

Self Promotion top
All Self Promotion Campaigns will receive E.Q.P. Setup Charges will be deducted 50%.

Special Packaging top
All goods will be packed bulk if not specified otherwise. Re-Polybag Charge: $0.42 to $0.84 per piece, depending on style of products. Other special packaging will be quoted upon request.

Proofs top
Paper Proof
Paper Proof is provided at no charge for all orders, even repeat orders, either by fax or email. Proof approval is required before we can put an order into production to ensure all orders and imprint details are correct.Please return proof approvals at least 3 working days prior to scheduled ship date to allow ample time to fulfill the orders.

Virtual Proof (R)
Upon request from the buyers, we can send a virtual proof by email free of charge. Note: A charge of $15.00 each may apply if virtual is highly complex or if many are requested.

Artwork Creation (R)
Standard art creation, color separation, touch ups and other significant artwork adjustments are done at a charge of $60(R) per hour.

Additional Charges
Drop Ship Charge: One drop ship fee per order is free, each additional drop ship location will be billed @ $8.35.
Shipping via USPS: $25.00 service charge.
3rd Party Shipping Charge: If using a 3rd party account to ship on, each box shipped will incur a $2.50 handling fee to a maximum of $50.00.

Returns top
Return Policy
Merchandise can not be returned without authorization from Bazaarline. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Call us to get an R/A number when such circumstances occur.

Restocking Charge
Blank Goods may be returned with a restocking charge of 15%. An R/A number s still required. All freight charges will be billed towards the customer’s account.

Cancellation
Customers will be invoiced for all the costs incurred prior to order cancellation.

Payment We accept credit cards, checks or wire. There is a 2% transaction fee on all credit card payments.
